These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by WebWorks Co., operated under ChevalBleu Labs (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., through its initiative Cheval Rise. By accessing our website, products, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

    • “Company”, “We”, “Our”, “Us” refers to WebWorks Co.
    • “Client”, “You”, “User” refers to any individual or entity using our services.
  • “Services” refer to website development, digital consulting, BizKonnect Pro (NFC profile cards), and all other offerings under WebWorks Co.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years of age
  • Have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement

Are applying on behalf of a registered business, startup, or organization (if applicable)

3. Service Scope

We offer:

  • Website development (standard delivery: within 72 hours after final inputs)
  • Research-based digital consulting
  • BizKonnect Pro: NFC-enabled digital profile tools
  • Custom packages and digital solutions

Specific scopes and deliverables are discussed and agreed upon before work begins. Any changes or additions post-agreement may incur additional costs.

4. Service Acceptance Criteria

Due to limited capacity, WebWorks Co. only accepts up to 50 new clients per month. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee service engagement. Final approval is at our discretion based on availability, fit, and strategic alignment.

5. Payments

  • Pricing is communicated clearly before service commencement.
  • Payments must be made as per the agreed terms and timelines.
  • No refunds will be issued once work has commenced, except in cases of proven failure on our part to deliver agreed services.

Late or non-payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing within 12 hours of payment confirmation. Beyond this period, the project will be deemed in progress and non-refundable unless explicitly agreed upon.

7. Intellectual Property

    • Upon full payment, ownership of completed assets (website, content, designs) is transferred to the client.

 

  • WebWorks Co. retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. BizKonnect Pro – Terms of Use

  • NFC-enabled cards and digital profiles are created per the information provided by you.
  • You are solely responsible for keeping your profile accurate and updated via the provided dashboard.

WebWorks Co. is not liable for outdated or incorrect profile data.

9. Limitation of Liability

WebWorks Co. is not liable for:

  • Any indirect or incidental damages arising from delays, technical issues, or external vendor tools
  • Client-provided content or material legality
  • Actions taken based on consulting recommendations without implementation oversight

 

10. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of your business information, data, and communication. Any material shared is not disclosed or reused without explicit permission.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of major changes via email or site notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
